The information available on the site can be consulted free of charge. The information contained in the Site is provided for information purposes only and, unless otherwise provided, it does not constitute a contract, neither a public offer in accordance with the Art. 1336 of the Civil Code of the described products and/or services, nor can it be considered binding for any business or negotiation.
Texts, images, the graphic design and any other material of the site, are exclusively owned by G. Prometti s.r.l. Therefore, any form of reproduction of the content for dissemination purposes is forbidden.

 

Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, Users acknowledge that the use of the Site is at their own and exclusive risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. G.Prometti s.r.l. offers no guarantee about the results, which are expected, desired or obtained through the use of the Site.

According to the limits provided by the article 1229 of the Civil Code, Users declare and guarantee to indemnify and release from liability G.Prometti srl, its representatives, employees, collaborators, associated and its partners from any compensation, including legal fees, that may arise against them in connection with their use of the Site. If the applicable law does not permit an exemption of liability, the liability of G.Prometti s.r.l. must in any case be reduced to the extent permitted by law.

Use of Pictures and Logos

The User acknowledges the full and exclusive ownership held by G.Prometti s.r.l of rights of use on Images and Logos of G.Prometti s.r.l.
The logos of third parties, within the site, cannot in any way be used without the explicit consent of the owners.
The User shall compensate G.Prometti s.r.l. for any damage suffered as the result of violations of the provisions of this Licence.

 

Privacy policy

G.Prometti s.r.l. states that the User personal data treatment, acquired during the web surfing and any other features of the Site, will occur in full compliance with the obligations laid down by the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196 (“Uniform rules on protection of personal data”) in the manner and purpose specified in the Note (below), which the User declares to have carefully read.

The information you provide on the form is solely and exclusively aimed at the request for information.
Your data will not in any way be disclosed, except in accordance with the state laws, used to send advertising materials, sold, shared, granted in rent to third parties.
The provision of data is optional, the possible refusal or illegal provision makes it impossible to proceed with the request.
The owner of the treatment informs you that managers and officers, if appointed, as well as any technicians and/or consultants in charge of managing the website, have access to data; your information will not be disclosed to third parties.
Your data will be stored in electronic format at the host mail server and/or at the corporate IT system and its treatment, for the purposes above, will take place through automated or paper modalities, always respecting the confidentiality and security rules required by the law; it will also be protected by appropriate security measures against risks of loss, destruction, unauthorized access.

Users are entitled to exercise the rights indicated by the Art.7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03,reported below:

The person concerned has the right to obtain:

The person concerned has the right to object, completely or in part:
